I just got an email from James, who is down at his house near Los Angeles. The subject line was "guess who was climbing the loquat tree?" and the attachment was an m4v file titled "bear-in-yard."
I do not make this stuff up, people.

Uh, did he talk it into leaving?
It comes back pretty much every night, actually. It really likes those stupid loquats. And the neighbors' trash.
